All Three Food Groups

Dear Trajan,

How dare you have the audacity to suggest that all we did at the beach was sit around and eat pizza. Please allow me to present this pictorial evidence to the contrary, and point out that we also sat around and ate cookies and popsicles. Geez. Like we're going to focus all our energy on one food group and ignore the other two.

We are a family of nine. We live at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. We belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am a teacher of ballet and violin, and I run a violin shop, but mostly I just enjoy being with my kids and helping them do what they do. Scott, the dad, does crowd control, undermines my authority with irresistible fun and works as an attorney to keep everyone in beach trips and ballet shoes.
