There was a lot of anticipation at church, as we had a big, fun holiday party awaiting us when we got home.  The house was all set, the food was waiting and the Christmas tree glowed in readiness for our arrival!  The Bazail Party, with my dad's side of the family, is about one-fourth the size of the DeBry party, my mom's side, but it still seems just as noisy and just as fun and just as festive, with just as much food and good conversation.  Tricia, Sarah and Roland moved back to Miami this year, so it was fun to see the little boys and catch up.  Alex and Lincoln are so cute and funny and sweet.  All nine kids loved playing, running around the house being scared by Ari's ghost stories.  The kids' gift exchange was fun for all of them.  Sarah commented that the adults looked a little glum when the kids were opening their fun toys.  Maybe the grown-ups should all get a toy next year!  Or maybe we should move the party to Miami!  Wouldn't that be something?  I can't help but think that the 80 degree weather would be more festive than the rain we got here.  I bet Santa spends his vacation time in Florida.  Thanks, family, for the good times, the laughter and the gifts.  Love you!

Family get togethers are the best, but I agree do Miami next year.
