As the kids enjoyed the snow, I prepared for the Company girls to come over for the traditional Opening Night lunch. They only have a minute for lunch, so I made these Southwest salads that we all enjoy at Shelter once in awhile. Not a big hit with the girls. Fortunately, I presented German chocolate brownies that made everything all better.
Genuinely the kindest, most beautiful group of girls. I love them.
