Ruby brought home a fill-in-the-blank card from school that said, "Mom, I love you because..." And she wrote, "Because I know that someday you'll remember to buy Nutella at the store." I like her faith. Keepin' it real, dog. Keepin' it real.

Carter's fill in the blank said he loves me because I am nice, I can cook, and I like to watch TV. I thought the last one was particularly funny because I'm not usually the one to turn on the TV...that would be Dad! I asked him why he didn't put because she likes to go on the trampoline w/ us..."Oh, that would have been a good one!"
