Who Wore It Best?

Ruby and Ptolemy were looking at pictures and pointing to all the people.  On this one, Ruby pointed to Ari and Ptolemy said, "Ari!"  Then Ptolemy pointed to the gnome and said, "Bill!" 

 I do see a resemblance.  All Bill needs is a tall, green velvet hat!  It gets funnier every time I look at the gnome picture.   Hoo hoo hoo, ha ha ha...
